[ He trails his hand down to what's gathered in the sink, brushing his fingers through it. ]

( Thorn rests his chin on Nate's head as he presses closer to him. admittedly that is an advantage of his height. easier to hold Nate. )

That depends... planning to curse me, witch boy? ( he teases before rubbing Nate's back. ) No, it wouldn't bother me at all. Keep what you like.

[ Nate's arms tighten around him. The hand that had brushed across the hair comes back to settle against Thorn. ]

Maybe. Only the kind you'd like.

[ He's quiet for a second. ]

This is like, a happy hair-shearing, right? You're not trying to shed some...past trauma, or anything.

( he's not wrong. he would like.

but he cocks an eyebrow at that. ) Huh... hadn't thought that deeply about it.

[ Another soft laugh, while Nate's face turns slightly against his chest. ]

No. More like, I'll be relieved you're not as much of a bloody emo as I used to be.

( he rolls his eyes as his own rhyme comes back to bite him in the ass before kissing Nate's head. )

Don't worry, you're still the king of emos.

I don't know though... I just enjoy styling myself. The long hair and blue color was too limiting for my choices.

[ Nate's hand moves against his back, gentle and light. ]

That's true. Wouldn't want to clash with your own hair.

[ A beat. ]

Is it weird that I sense shopping trips in our near future?

( Thorn grins as he nudges his nose against Nate's hair. )

I would greatly appreciate if my dominant would take me out shopping.

[ Nate's face turns up wearing a smile. ]

How will I ever deal with your cruel demands? ( he grins before dipping his head to kiss Nate, this time letting his lips linger and press a little more firmly to his. )

[ That hand slips up into Thorn's hair, pulling him closer again. Nate kisses him, lips parting beneath his, nails lightly scratching against his scalp.

He speaks softly, against Thorn's lips. ]

See, that's convincing. That'll have me doing anything you want.

Mm so your secret weakness, huh? ( he laughs, nudging his nose against Nate's before catching him in a kiss again. )

[ He murmurs, pressing into it again. His lips are soft on Thorn's, eager and sweet. ]

Is it that secret?

Tell me how you want to look. I know you have a vision in mind.

Casual elegance. ( he shrugs, amused with his own tastes. )

Elegant clothes that fit more casually and look relaxed.

[ Nate smiles, and puts a kiss against his jaw. ]

I can't even really picture that. But I'm sure it'll look good, you always look good.

Don't worry, I think you'll have plenty of reason to like it. ( the least of which having to do with his love of unbuttoned tops... )

Well, you're going to be in it, so...

[ Nate shrugs. ]

If I don't like it, there'll always be the joy of getting you out of it.
