This isn't (only) a sex thing, it's a technology from our home world that my partner and I greatly miss. We used to be able to join our minds at will, usually by holding hands.
Obviously the other person is very much aware and we understand what we're asking for, but a meeting to discuss options would be ideal. If it helps you while considering the strength of the enchantment, we are used to it being every feeling and thought for specific durations of time.
