i know quite a few most are geared towards trapping demons or other witches, not vampires, but. that said i don't think it'd be hard to tweak them. you said you could control undead? if you cast one of my circles and weave that into it, i think it'd be very difficult for him to break through
plus most vampires are hurt or weakened by sunlight, and if he's the guy that burned up on the network lately, i'd say that's a safe bet
your circle mixed with my necromancy would help immensely

you could activate them sporadically, to weaken him, if you needed to. i can send you pics. i'll send you fire too, actually, since if i recall vampires don't like that either draw them on the ground, and if you need them, charge them with that radiant magic of yours. i'd say that would do the trick
